thanks i do get emails from vanquis now saying apply now so i guess i might have to do just to get started again

but i was only 1 year in to my agreement before i made a F & F offer which was accepted so my IVA will stay on record for another 4 years from april so would i be able to apply ?

umm not really 2 months, i don't think it happen but if i could make this offer and it accepted it would reduce the pressure

Hi I am thinking of asking my parents to help me make a F & F offer I have made 9 payments into my iva @ £388. The IVa totalled £23,000 of which £5000 is fees ( my settlement was 43p) I would consider asking them for £12k, but would be relunctant to ask for any more as they would have to borrow it r...

Hi Andy

I totally agree with those comments, are there any moves to change the legislation or rules governing this area.

As in my case I have no real monetary incentive to change employers

thanks hell's i was just reading your blog and it has given me a lot of encouragement. I favour the IVa over a DMP as it draws a line and stops me getting any more loans
