Hi, anyone ever had their iva proposal turned down at the creditors meeting stage? My decision has been delayed as creditors just didn't vote at all.
For what reasons would a proposal get rejected by them?

My creditors just didn't vote at all at my creditors meeting. They didn't even acknowledge receipt of notification of the meeting. So I'm left hanging on for at least another week, incurring fines for late payments etc...
Is not voting unusual? What's to stop them continuing to not vote?

Hi. Just had a call to say my creditors meeting scheduled today has been adjourned till next week. A creditor wants more time to assess apparently. Is this a bad sign? Girl on opine didn't sound very sure one way or the other. I'm sp stressed now. I can't afford for this not to go through.
