I was in a similar position but told my husband before my meeting was to be held. He supported me totally and we are now through that difficult 6 years feeling so lucky. Please speak to him, I wont tell you it was easy but the relief when it started was massive. Good luck

Hi Just want to say it is 12.30am on 5th October 2019 and I have just looked on the Insolvency register and my name has gone. My IVA completed on 28th June and notice was received by the register on 5th July so exactly 3 months. What a strange feeling it is. I am officially solvent. :D Thanks for re...

Well said Foggy, thats an IVA in a nutshell, although I have finished mine it still amazes me to think I don't owe anyone anything - six plus years ago I thought there was no hope for me. :D

I understand your frustration as I found I was very anxious to get everything finalised. Did you tell them the date of completion on your certificate? Good luck.

Hi

On the insolvency register there is an option to report error, I asked when my listing would be marked completed and I got a reply saying it had been updated and it was.

Thanks, this forum has a massive pull on me, I am on holiday on the Outer Hebrides with its stunning beaches and scenery but still find time to see what is happening in the land of IVAs. Keep up the good work. :D
