Hi, We are considering an IVA but really hope to be able to hold off until March 2008 when we can change mortgage lender and possible do a F & F ? Anyway, does anone know of a good IVA Company ? Don't know whether to go with a local company (but worried they might know us or someone connected to us)...

Anyone know anything about Sell and rent back companies ? Really would break my heart to have to leave my home - its nothing much but its ours and our children are so happy here. Didn't know if anyone out there has any experience of this ?

does this mean that we will have to stay on our current interest only mortgage for the next 6 years if we are unable to change lender once the deal ends ? can't bear the thought of losing our home - think we may end up divorcing if we have to move back with parents !!!

Thank you for your advice - We were advised by a Financial advisor to go Self Cert as out current saklaries would not have got us the mortgage we needed but we had the necessary deposit to enable us to go Self Cert. Seemed a good answer at the time but now we are worried that we will not be able to ...

That sound sensible ! I have spoken to our mortgage Broker and he is not too keen on IVA's but we feel that its the best option for us. We really just need to get out of this situation and keep the roof over opur children's heads. we are going to sit down tonight and go through our debts thoroughly ...
