I was just wondering if anyone has previously had an American Express Card in an iva and then been able to reapply and be successful for another one after a successful completion? I appreciate any comments.

Hi, I would just like to tell you from my very own experience that you WILL be able to get a mortgage after completion etc as I owed a HUGE amount of money prior to my iva. you will definitely need to wait until your iva disappears from your credit files (check all 3 of them as this is what you will...

Hi, I finished my iva in 2012 and EIC were dealing with my ppi claims as GT asked me to agree to sign some declaration to allow them to reclaim ppi on my behalf and to speed up getting my completion certificate (which of course we all want!!). I was advised it may take months longer if I didn't agre...

The only thing you need to do is ensure you're on the electoral register as they do an address verification check ...
