Hi Mel. If i mananged to get my hands on the £16,000 could i use this money to offer a F&F. I do have a £5,000 equity relase clause at the end of year 4. My total debt is £37000.00 and i pay £370 a month at the moment. Have just completed my first year but can find no 2 year get out clause anywhere.
