i don't think they will opt for bankrupsy, as they will then get nothing. Is there a 4th year equity release involved? Wait and see what your IP says, but it would be a shame for them to fail your IVA when you have paid so much into it

i had debts that my husband knew nothing of, I worried myself stupid, about his reaction, but was advised on this forum to tell him. I finally did and he was brilliant. I'm so glad i told him, he wasn't best pleased at first as you can imagine, but he has been a rock to me.
