just viewed my Experian credit report and five of my creditors have submitted default dates that are after my IVA agreement date. I have read that this is not allowed. Is that right? (IVA completed and trying to clean-up my file).

In the meantime, however, shouldn't the creditors note that the debt has been 'Completely Satisfied' with zero balance and not 'Partially Satisfied' with the outstanding balance still being displayed? Once the 6 year period has passed, if I was to wait a few years (4 or 5) and rebuild my credit rating back to normal, would I be correct in saying that there should be no reason why I couldn't get a 'normal' High Street morgage?
