I have try a couple of local independent mortgage companys and they all say social homebuy is a no no! They say its because i'am on a IVA , can anybody help me as well only can afford to buy 50 % we think . Thanks to you all for help past.

Hi, the problem is that iam half way through my IVA , and we have a chance to buy our council house . Is this possible and how do i go about finding a mortgage. Regards mark
