I sent all my documents off for annual review in late January, have heard nothing. Do you think thats a bit long?

how long does an Annual Review take?

I am 36 months into my IVA. It is difficult but I am making it work. If by chance i could settle early what would be the process? I have 24 months to got at £250 per month.

Thanks. If for example someone inherits a house 30 months into there IVA will all the money of the original debt neeed to be paid or does the money already paid to the IVA be taken into consideration.

I don't understand any of this!

So is that right if someone inherits a house they are forced to sell it and give all the money to their IP. What about all this releasing equity business.

I am thinking of an IVA has anyone any experience of them in Northern Ireland.
