Hi Melanie The £7200 offered was what would have been left to pay if the IVA had run its' full 5 year course,assuming I didn't have any increases at my annual reviews that is. Hi Melanie
Thanks for the quick reply,I do not have an equity release clause as I was renting at the time of my iva.My partner does own her own home though(where I now live)this shouldn't have any bearing on the iva should it?
