Hi DG - that is not correct - it's 75% in value of creditors VOTING that have to vote in favour...
Obviously, the non-voters do not vote ...

For an IVA to go through you need a 75% of the total debt to accept the case. Most people do not realize if you have overdrafts on an account or even a store card you could include into the IVA your payday loan could drop below 25%, have a look around to see if you have an Argos or little woods card...

You can but you are high likely to fail your current IVA and lose all the money paid into the IVA to date.

In the past my clients have had a similar problem but have been able to get it added into the IVA. Get in touch with IP and they could tell you for sure what your options are.

Normally its done automatically, if not get in touch with the IP that was dealing with your case.

Most of the time this happens you have pay it into the IVA however i suggest you speak to your IP as every IP is different and could tell you otherwise.

If you offer what you can afford as long as its not too far away from the remaining total you should be fine. Also sometimes if they do not accept they can send you a counter offer that you can think about.
