Having finished our IVA nearly 3 years ago !! Do we need to need to tell lenders that we were in a IVA when applying for the mortgage ?
We would be now in the position to put a fairly good deposit on the new house ?

Now my Iva is complete I have done a basic credit check There is only a couple of the company's involved showing on the credit credit check Am I correct in thinking those not showing are now removed all together from my credit file ? There are 2 showing as settled and 1 showing as default Just a bit...

My iva is now complete Having just done a basic self credit check there are only 3 of the companys involved in my Iva showing on it Two of which say completed and Max recovery are still showing as default !! Would it worth while sending a copy of my completion certificate to Equifax,Experian etc so they know my IVA is now complete ? The insolvency register have already updated there records. Would it be a good idea to apply for a Vanquish credit card or something like this to get a credit history rebuil...
