Also, if I had 5 loans with Barclays, 4 of which were paid in full and only the final 5th loan was included in the iva, then does any ppi refund for the first 4 loans legally come to me?

Hi, I realise this is a grey area but I'd appreciate some advice. My husband and I were discharged from our Iva's a year ago. We have received our certificates and as we paid in to it for 6 years, we have been removed from the register. Ppi reclaim was not included in the terms of our Iva's. So we h...

My questi...

We actually had our IVAs extended so made payments for a full 6 yrs to start off with, the IVAs itself has dropped off our credit files already but they wont remove the loans etc that were covered under the IVA without the certificate.

Thanks for your reply

Hi All, Thanks for the replies! Our IVA's are with Money Debt and Credit, anyone else dealt with them? Yes in October we will be a massive £600 better off! There are some defaults on our credit files from 2006/2007 which is after we entered the IVa so once our certificate comes through we will conta...

Or is it another year before its clean? Do we get a certificate of completetion or something? Also we have NO intention of building...

Im thinking of trying to reclaim PPI on some Barclays loans I had prior to starting the IVA. Im 4 yrs into IVA so that gives me the 2 yrs prior to see if there is any chance of reclaiming. I always took the PPI, obviously Im not 100% at this stage if I was mis-sold or not, but its worth a try. I've ...
