I found that Noodle had a lower score for myself than Clearscore did (which was in the Excellent band) but they also completely omitted my mortgage from their reports. Have not looked back at Noodle since that first try about 3 months ago and just keep an eye on Clearscore which, for myself, shows e...

If it was myself, I would wait until after Feb 2018 and the IVA and debts comes off your Credit Reports, this way you would then be clear for more choice of bank accounts.

If you delcare the shares I doubt very much they will fail it as long as you then cash them in and pay the over. It depends on how you value honesty in your IVA and the IVA contract you entered into. With mine, I forgot completely about having an insurance policy that was due to pay out on my 50th b...

With the majority of IVA Companies then no. You will be requested to provide inormation of their income but all that is for is to ensure they are paying a fair share of the bills according to how much each earns .. if you dont give them this info they will assume that share is 50/50, which could be ...

Fingers crossed you don't have to wait much longer.

Some of you may remember (or I have gone on about it :( ) that my IVA came to an end with Stepchange 2 year ago Aug gone, the CC arriving within around 6 weeks and it dropping off the Register 3 months to the day. Around 4 months before the end of my IVA I was in a position that I needed to replace ...

One of the reasons for cancelling the IVA was that all my first years payments were swallowed up in fees. Can I appeal this decision? It seems that the solicitors dealing with the estate have just caved into the IPs demands. This is completely normal in an IVA and is agreed between the IVA compamy ...

Have Freeman Jones explained what the extra money is for?

Is it due to you earning more certain months throughout the IVA for which extra payments have not been made
or
have you a property which has equity in it so have to pay the extra 12 months in lieu of this.

If it was me, and I guess most people on here, the ONLY people that I would be happy with ANY sort of online access to my Bank Account is my bank and myself. If and when my IP wanted to see anything on my statements they asked for copies ... anything else opens up more security issues ... the least ...

Congratulations on the promotion ... I was with Stepchange and received a payrise each year just 3 months after each review, they did not want to know about it until the annual review but it could be that my payrises were never over the 10% extra I was allowed to earn before any extra payment that m...

It is coming up to 2 years since the end of my 5 year IVA in around 3 months time and I have been keeping an eye on my credit score on ClearScore. I have been informed by Capital One that they are going to raise my credit limit from £1000 to £2000 in June. My credit rating on there has gone up gradu...

I spoke to the company and they state that in a letter they sent me when I signed up for my IVA I must immediately inform...

Well done for this far, hope the rest goes quickly. I was with Stepchange myself, mine ended Aug 2015 and had no bother at all with them. My payments only went up twice in the 5 year and that was only when they could not "tweak" the expenses more to cover increases in salary. At the reviews that ask...

Sorry I did not spot that. In that case you done need to involve your IP and Midland Credit may well be able to get you a better rate with your IVA already finished even though it will still be on your credit file. I do need to get permission from the IP? Sorry a bit confused!!! Sorry it is a typo ...
