Marks and spencers cood prices, life long cover pay out,
But wont cover you for any existing illnesses like all insurance.
I used to have pet plan so expensive, but these are good and pay out.

When it says 75% HAVE YO AGee is that the amount of creditors or the amount of debt, say ifyou had 1 creditor with more tham 75% of debt and they agreed would it be approved if others rejected it

Someone who i was speaking too said they were in a iva with spectrum. After readiong what i know on here they are on a DMP which not all creditors have accepted. I think they had to make 3 payments of £400 each and pay into there DMP £1 for each creditor but also pay the same to spectrum. Its seems ...

Will relay message. Just that i know they find it hard to pay mortgage at current rate as for there income to learn up to 85% would probably make it that realistically could not afford payments as they only have 1 income. They have equity in house but there mortgage is already 3 times there salary.

Whats the situation. If your house has equity but chances of remotgaging to 85% LTV is not allowed by mortgage company. Would the iva fail
