Hello. i started an IVA in 2006 and this has completed im Mar 2012. I have recently won some PPI claims but some of the creditors are off setting the monies awarded towards their debts that were in the Iva. Does anyone know if they are allowed to do this?

I completed my IVA in march 2012 and have recently been awarded a PPI settlement but some of the creditors are off setting the award towards their debts that were included in the Iva. i have fully satisifed this iva and received my comletion certificate.
Are they allowed to do this?

i have received a letter from iva council saying that I may have been mis-sold my IVA. Is this letter genuine or just a scam
