Well is it pointless taking on a 2nd job as it sounds as though the IVA company would take it all anyway.

This increases your income and presumably therefore increases the amount your IP would ask you to contribute. What reasons are there for taking the second job? I am thinking about getting a 2nd job part time. How will that affect my IVA?

Also if someone if someone loses their job in the 4th year of the IVA would the practioner still apply for bankruptcy even with all the payments made up to that time?
