Thanks guys. I wouldn't know how to do about it. I am so sick of trying to make them understand my circumstances. I am back on my feet and can make payments. Why are they not listening. What's the next step for me. Looks like my Iva has failed. Now in my 10th year. Twice the length of time I signed up for. What a waste. What happens with the money I have paid in over £28k

I am in contact with the breach team. I have gone through an income and expenditure. The case is apparently with the completions team. I am just waiting for my pay slips so.i can send them on.
The shortfall on.my property has tripled my debt. So don't know what else to do.

As far as I am aware they have not had a meeting with the creditors. I have had no communication from dfd with regards to any contact with the creditors. I have communicated all the way along with them and been honest. Can they just decide to close down.my Iva in its 10th year? Do worried that I am ...
