I like to ask how these seemingly inconsistent charges can be introduced - it is almost stealth. The debtor loses out as he has to pay more and longer.
There should be a universal 'prescriptive' charge, all printed out and given to those on an IVA.

I heard from the old post from a few days creditors use this budget sheet and it is mean. Can any experts say why creditors don't use thir own discretion??? Why are they using a budget sheet from a Debt Management company.
