You can keep your gifts,as it is not mentioned in any IVA mods. But winfalls you certainly wouldn't be able to keep all of it.

I like to ask how these seemingly inconsistent charges can be introduced - it is almost stealth. The debtor loses out as he has to pay more and longer.

There should be a universal 'prescriptive' charge, all printed out and given to those on an IVA.
