I'm not sure, from what I'm getting is that my biggest debt is to the hmrc for tax credits and that they have the biggest majority of the vote and apparently tax credits are likely to say no. I feel like I'm put on hold, its not helping my anxiety at all.

Yes its called Peretto, I'm now even more confused as now they are saying they are waiting on someone else's outcome with hmrc before putting mine forward, not quite sure what difference someone else's outcome has to do with me, it doesn't mean their outcome will be exact same as mine does it?

Yes I'm using an insolvancy firm, they sorted out a friend of mine too but in super fast time compared to me, I feel like I'm put on hold and feel like I'm just getting simple answers to my questions rather than explanations, meanwhile my husband is struggling with an aoe at a high rate which is put...

The hmrc are the biggest part of the debt, I've not had any paperwork about the meeting, I have just been told that they are waiting for a desicion from hmrc, I'm completely confused myself as to what's happening and they said hopefully we will hear in the next few days.

Update. Week 3, I still have not heard anything back as yet, I will be phoning them today to see where we are at. Last Tuesday I was told they are waiting for hmrc for their vote. I'm hoping that this week we have a result as to seeing if my Iva is accepted or back to the drawing board,

I'm finding it a very valuable site too, I'm still in the early stages, still waiting for the votes to come back but knowing I'm not alone is a huge help, I'm really hoping I hear something this week as I've felt like I'm in limbo the last 2 weeks.

Thankyou so much for clearing that up for me, that's put my mind at ease a little, it was actually someone on the CAB chatbox that said it, my husband said it sounded a bit wrong, they shouldn't say it really without knowing the facts as they may be giving out false info to vunrable people. Thankyou...

Sorry if I sound a pain, having a panicky day again, I've just heard that the hmrc like to take their time in giving a reply, do you know if this is true? I'm wanting to resolve my situation as soon as possible and if they decline the Iva then I'm able to move forward and make the necessary de...
