I think Insolvency in the next 5 years will go up. Anyone out...

Get the prepaid Breadcard form Bread. It was free to many till recently. It is a Maestro card and probably the only debit card you need in the UK and W Europe.

The IVA council site is static. No one seems ever post there. I mean it looks comatosed?

There got an IP there with interesting and robust views but not many people piling up with misselling stories or cases to be reviewed as far as I can see.

Optimist, by keeping 50% of what your earn there is a win win situation for both creditors and debtors. I don't mean to sound corny but the cost of living is going up and up and up,if your expenditure haven't increased - I really like to know where you shop and what you buy to sustain yourself/trave...

Mmmm, one of the most interesting IVA settlement presented here. So the the fees are knock down to enable 40p to the pound.I didn't think for a moment that 22p in the pound would get accepted these days if GT or/and TIX were on board unless the fees gets the all mighty chop! The extra request of more...

Everything seem to be covered by the experts above....what I will say is in any of the above payment arrangement(s) you must make sure there is enough to live on before you are either discharged from BR' or complete a 5 year IVA. This is such a sticking point that can decide success or failure in co...

Hi, 5 years is along time to commit to a tight I/E in a IVA and creditors aren't a generous bunch these days for all kinds of reasons. But you are 2 yrs into it so that's further into the IVA than some of us. If it is of any comfort, the Debt problem is a world credit problem and not an individual on...

Hi,

No one is going to ask you how much T P you are making to each of your creditors unless you enter into an official payment plan. Then they might get irate than others get more than them.

So give all the same or give more to those you own.

Tesco Fianaces are under written by RBS and the latter owns Natwest.

Until your debt arrangements with the creditor bank concerned are agreed you should not have any money with the Bank as a precaution as they can freeze the account.

No one really knows the situation in 2008. The banks are having a bad year in 2007 and with an OFT case on Bank charges they must win! - they will remain to put the squeeze on debtors and IP fees

Well come back Big Pete, good post

Not allowed to keep your saved I/E in todays' money climate is tantamount to asking people to live on a breadline for five years. I rather go BR.Even if savings are made on ultity bills other things are going up to ofset the cost. My case officer certainly said to me you can keep what you saved. "Al...
