That sounds fine, k24civic. It sounds as though your IP does not feel an income and expenditure review would be worthwhile at this stage, and he has reason to suggest that to your creditors. Keep a copy of the email just in case a different employee at the practice asks you for information and ther...

My case officers reply today.... Further to your email, your arrangement is running fine, you are not breaching your arrangement but by not doing the Income & Expenditure review now, we will review once your circumstances have changed and you have found employment. You are now entering into the 3rd ...

Get registered on Justabank, it is really good. You can see exactly what is happening with your IVA. Hi Jan I just have...registered with justabank shows nothing out of the usual But wow, so much info on there just saw that this months payment has gone and when next one is due.. Perhaps they mean that as long as you are maintaining your payments, then they won't be altering them. Your payments will be valid as long as you continue to make them. It appears to me like Payplan are being quite sympathetic to your situation. I would contact them again and ask them if everything...

There is absolutely no harm in family help for short term problems but unless you find a job your father could be paying for some time. If the settlement figure you were given is more than your father can raise you could offer what he can afford even if this leads to a reduction in dividend. As you...

It's very common, but often creditors aren't really that keen on it and isn't really fair on you or your father. If things are stable and you still need help, it is better for all concerned if you ask your Supervisor to suggest a variation to reduce your monthly contributions to an amount that you ...

Hi there! In your proposal it will state how often your Supervisor needs to conduct a review of your income and expenditure. If you believe that he has not performed this properly, you should contact him in writing to suggest that this is performed, just so you have it on record. I would have thoug...

I agree that the review should still occur, but think that if your Dad is happy to help you on a temporary basis then this does avoid disturbing the running of the IVA. Hi Melanie , i thought the same Ofcourse its temporary. But no review this year seems odd, i insisted on doing it..But they said n...

You should really do an I&E and have a payment break rather than have your father maintain your payments. Given that you are now unemployed would he be in a position to offer a full and final settlement offer which should be accepted by creditors? Hi, thanks for that..I did insist on a I&E...But th...

I double checked with her, she said to let her know once i get employment. I am not 100% if this is okay way? My dads been kind enoug...

Just 1 more question...I have been reading on this forum, that people who lost jobs etc...and are unable to pay, could possibly face bankruptcy...So does that mean if they have a relative who is willing to support them during the hard times...IVA is fine? as long as they can keep up payments on time

i guess changes in circumstances only matter if cannot keepup with payments or windfalls...
my IVA proposals mention £500 + and over wndfalls...but this is not the case for me as i was without a job for them 3 months...so dads support was really my income.

No - the main thing with an IVA is to keep your regular payments up to date. does it make a difference if cash in hand? I pay national insurance... but havent paid tax yet... i guess that will be end of year but finally in august start a proper new job, with payslips and tax and NI paid in for me.....
