I am in a DMP debt of 39k paying 350.00 a month. Both my children are disabed and are in receipt of DLA, can this income be used or us it not allowed

Hi, We finished our iva in april 07 and would like to know how long till we are no longer creditor outcast's! I long for a bank account with a debit card facility and the option if required to be accepted for a loan or credit card.

How long till this may happen?
