Hi, This wont be a popular view on this website, I find an IVA just keeps going even after it finishes. I say this because: 1) Its advertised as a 5 years plan when for most people its 6 years. (Yes most people are made aware of this) 2) You stay on IVA registrar for 3 months after the IVA closes. 3...

Hi,

I was allowed to take out a student loan whilst on an IVA. The IP agreed as the loan wouldn't be payable until the IVA was over.

Good Luck

Hi Mrs Brown,

Try not to worry over the small things (just eat). The IP know were are all human!
The most important things are declaring and paying any extra income, which you already did so its all good :@)

Were still waiting for ours to come through

Hi,

I would get professional advice, I found step change very good, , however 5,000 is a very small amount in IVA terms. I do not personally think an IVA would be the most suitable choice, maybe have a look at DRO ?

Worth looking into.

good luck

Hi,
Yes, he has disconnected the unit and I do have the paper work. I have no issue with the company who disconnected the unit. They are gas safe registered.

Hi.
Could try that, thank you,
It was condemned because:
The ventilation is not safe under new regulations.
The unit it self was corroded and back plate not attached,
The flume is broken in several places and deteriorated. He said we were extremely lucky nothing awful had happened.
