thankyou people for your time but did i read that last sentence correctly ie if i've got more going out than coming in they'll expect me to pay 6,800 in full,how can you possibly do that and in my case you can't what's the next scenario's for example can the courts order bailiffs to my home and take...

If i enter a re-payment plan with my creditors can i at a later date go for a IVA? Also Barclaycard are giving me alot of grief,saying that they'll give my debt to local collectors who can come to my door and talk!about my debt,is that right because the last thing i want is people at my home. thanky...

Sorry,i didn't word my question very well.
Yes i know about me being accurate with my yearly figures to my accountant but with me only having 200 pounds a month spare for creditors then with a annual tax bill on top then an IVA will surely get refused.

I can afford to pay upto 200 over a 5yr period.As for property,i rent,would that hinder a IVA process from fruition. Also would a IVA involve taking household furniture or vehicles away?
