I've just had a look at the F&FS documents.
Under the dividend prospects- it is listed that 1 creditor claims outstanding. Still awaiting them to prove their liability in this arrangement. Notice of Intended Dividend has been circulated accordingly.
They (Co-op) seem rather slow of the mark!

Thanks for the very prompt reply Melanie!
My IVA company are still waiting for one of the creditors to contact them and i'm 2 years into repaying my IVA.
If it's accepted and they haven't been in contact again, would this have any bearing in the future? Could they come after me for the full debt?

Hi All
I've put forward a F&FS in with my IVA company, who have given me a date for the hearing.
I've got a couple of questions that I was wondering if you would know.
1. How many creditors need to agree with the settlement
2. What would happen if no credit responded
Thanks in advance

Any tips from you WW here?

If I got married. Now this is an unusual question. I'm in an IVA, partner who I live with isn't aware of this. I've moved into his house that he's got a mortgage on solely in his name and has done so for a number of years. We have agreed that I will not financially gain from the property should anyt...

Well I am well and truly shocked. I had to call the head office who put me through to the company that holds the debt. They said that if my IP company writes and confirms that the £150 isn't part of the IVA, I can call into my local branch with the letter, they will then call the office to confirm t...

I'm hoping that if I can get my IP involved i'll get it back. I realise I owe them money, but I've got an arrangement to pay as much as I possibly can. As you are all aware, every penny is precious

would it work like that - to reduce your blance or would the bank just look on it as an extra bonus??? As Melanie says if you informed your employer of change of account and they paid into old account then its their mistake and I would be asking for them to rectiy it. I know what you're saying, but...

They held the details on the accounts database. I did put on the form my bank details, which are different than those on the database. They obviously didn't check.
I'll have a word with them, but it's rather embarrassing.

It's like losing a million pounds, your budget is sooo tight, I'm going to call them tomorrow, but I know the answer already.
Oh well I could always look on it that it's £150 paid off [:(] I'l let my IVA company know that the balance has reduced if I don't get any joy tomorrow.

I've had £150 deposited into my old account which is part of the IVA from my employers for expenses they owe me over a period of time. I'm sitting here crying, sorry to be a big girl, but I realise that there's more chance of winning the lottery than the bank giving it me back. I sooo need that mone...
