Hiya foggy, I've had my 2nd valuation done today - valued at 150,000 this time rather then 160,000

So stressful.. I've been in this almost 4 years can't wait for it to end..

If thy do accept F&F, does that mean any extra money earnt or lottery winning (I wish!) is no longer due in??

Thy have asked for my paperwork before the end of april..suppose thy will then take 3 months from there..great.. :cry:

I'm in the middle of full n final offer with payplan too.. thy hv advised me it takes 3 months aswell..I'm just in the process of getting the paperwork thy require together..

I worked it out as 140,000 x 45% =63,000 minus 49,000 left on mortgage minus estate agent fees of 4000 = 10,000
