A decent gross pay rise that will sadly be swallowed by increase living costs this year. Make sure as others have said to record accurately at review time your expenditure - start to note any increases from now so you have your list ready especially utility bills in the next few months.

You would still require the agreement of your IP before taking out an unsecured loan whilst in an iva.

I would continue to email them daily, would also ring them, and send a letter recorded delivery so you have additional evidence of all attempted contact. Like Kallis says your IP / case worker should be available to support you in this.
