The name on the letter is Elaine Masters. What would her email address be as it just says contact apiture if any questions which is the main number. But they are useless. I've already put in a complaint over the phone. Not heard anything back from that.

Thanks, all reviews and f&f was done by dfd. All apiture have to do is issue the certificate. Can they come back and say they need to do a new review? It's their complete lack of response that is so wrong.

We are having the same issue. But waiting for completion certificate. When I get through eventually they said it's on a pile to be sorted as only a few staff have come over from dfd who are being made redundant next month.

We've been waiting since July with dfd. Only found out at weekend they are no longer trading. Rang new company who said our paperwork is on a pile so delay in getting completion certificate. They don't know when be done due to backlog from taking dfg work on.
