Hi, I had my creditors meeting (which was postponed atleast 3 or 4 times) results last week. Natwest and Alliance and Leicester are demanding atleast 160 pounds more per month. I proposed 530 for 5 months and 495 for rest of the 55 months (this is due to be proposed increase in rent). My total debt ...

As far as I am aware, there are no exceptional items in my proposal apart from normal expenditures. Number of people in my house is three at the moment and will be four within a couple of weeks time (we are expecting a baby anytime now).

I am using Clearstart. The consultant is going to find out from Natwest on how they think I can save 180. My current account was with Natwest. Recently I borrowed money from my friends to pay off my bills (and eventually repayed). I am not sure if they think these transactions were my earnings ? Any...

Natwest wants an increase of 180 pounds to my current proposed contribution (which I am sure I cannot afford). Virgin (MBNA) Credit Card has rejected my proposal. Alliance and Leicester did not vote. At the moment I have got 63% approval (including Natwest). The consultant who is dealing with credit...

I just spoke to my IP who asked me to call the bank. I called the bank and it seems that the transfer infact has happened (but I am still not able to see the amount credited in my cashminder account). The guy who spoke to me said that they have blocked the account because they are not able to get th...

Hi Ray_a, as you have correctly guessed its Natwest - one of my creditors. I have opened a cashminder account with Co-op, I did two transfers as soon as I got my salary. The first one has come through to co-op account and the second one has not :( My IP did mention that the account might be frozen. ...

Hi everyone, It looks like one of my creditor has frozen my account (as they received my IVA proposal) and even stopped the transfer of funds from the account which I did on Monday. Is there anyway to get the amount... I desperately need the money for my expenses this month.
