Hi as said above it is best to go to the bank in person as if you try online there can be problems I am with Loyds tsb I actually told them I was enterung an IVA and they gave me a debit card account with out overdraft facilities,So best shop round.

Just for the record I have received the very same letter this morning,Only difference is they have changed the logo and I have to call a number to have a assessment done and not to let my IP know till its done. I am going to ignore it anyhow but will kepp the letter.

Thanks for both your replies. Cat 1 Iwas upfront with my ip however they were not too bothered as I was packing up.Melanie as for including the inland revenue as a creditor I did not get the bill till this friday and was not expecting it to be that big !!
