BAsically what it said was that your IVA details stay on your file for 6yrs in total meaning that its on your file for another 12months after completion. I ws allowed to change the replayment date on my IVA. I moved jobs and my pay date moved from 1st of the month to 21st of the month and I was allowed to move the repayment dates to allow for this......speak to your IP trhough

im 29 but was 25 when I applied for my IVA and I was allowed to carry on paying into my pension scheme. Mind you I only pay 3% of my wages into the pension, may be thats why?? as for overtime, Im supposed to pay 50% of all my overtime and bonuses for the duration of the IVA. Thanks Oliver. Shouldnt affect my repayments as my salaary will be paid monthly same as previous and will be slightly more too.

Well I have been offered the job and have accepted. Now am waiting for all the checks to be carried out. Hope this does not make them change their minds. When do I need to inform my IP that I have a new job?

didnt realise you could not get any credit for a whole year after your IVA is over!! Does that include mortgages and finances for a car??
