Recieved a letter from Equity in finance saying a offer has been made for £11k in settlement of my PPI claim and for me to sign and return to them. They didn't enclosed the breakdown but i received a separate letter from bank showing breakdown. This gross interest less 20% tax that the bank deducted...

WHAT A RELIEF!!! OH MY GOSH I've been approved too... My rep said 1st that All voted yes with mod and Natwest my main creditor wanted £50 more making £600 mth. I said na could do it and even he said thats a bit hard on me. So he spoken to someone and they said thy will sort it out so i'm still payin...

Hi All

My creditors meeting is also on 6th Mar after it was push back from 4th Feb. Now that its so close i'm getting really scared.

My proposal is £83K paying £550 mth.

Been good so far and been budgeting from last month!

Hi all!!

I have sent my draft proposal back to my IP. paying £550pm on £80K includes IP fees thats 23p in the £. Now just found out that a meeting been set for 4th Feb. Now i'm scary incase they say no?
