Its always a nervous time waiting for the creditors meeting. I think it is highly unlikely that the use of the credit cards as you mention will cause the IVA to fail. The Insolvency Practitioner must believe the IVA will succeed by putting it forward. Good luck with everything!

Foggy is right - you can't transfer IVA company once the IVA has been set up and agreed. Many people speak to more than one company before deciding which is the right one for them.

I agree - your choices maybe more limited - but private rentals are normally fine. A good reference and a nice smile can do the trick!

There is a big difference entering an IVA with an existing mortgage and applying for a mortgage once in an IVA. The main principle here is to evidence that you are not payimg more than your fair/reasonable share of the household bills.
