If the IVA offer is likely to pay creditors more than they would receive in bankruptcy then it is likely that creditors will accept. With some further details we could assess the likelihood of acceptance - certainly worth exploring. Feel free to get in touch.

Its always a nervous time waiting for the creditors meeting. I think it is highly unlikely that the use of the credit cards as you mention will cause the IVA to fail. The Insolvency Practitioner must believe the IVA will succeed by putting it forward. Good luck with everything!
