My meeting with PayPlan is tomorrow at 10am. Reading your messages it seems they are very slow with everyone and only prioritise those who complain. Thank god for this forum and the advice.

Is this on top of the 6k offer?

I have emailed both of the IP's named in the IVA document expressing my frustration with PP and the 4-5month wait for a full and final. I will let you know of the outcome.

Ah well, I snagged one piece of great advice from this site - I stated that any payments made from the date of offer will be deducted from the full and final.

Perhaps I won't email the IPs and will let it run its course.
