Hi there has anyone got any advice please I am currently going through a remortgage I finished my iva in June 6th and recieved my certificate about 2 months after that I believe to my dismay my remortgage won't go through as mccambrudge duffy still have a charge on the property nearly 6 months later...

Hi there full and final accepted about 8 weeks ago now has anyone any recent experience of how long it takes for mccambridge duffy to issue certificates was kind of hoping I would have recieved by now . They have been great with everything else so far . Many thanks damon

that's brilliant thanks guys, its still a bit more of a discussion really and obviously I need to look at the numbers and speak to mccambridge duffy. but after speaking with the family today (I hadn't told any of my family I was in iva) and the possiblilty that childcare issues and a possible change...

I would certainly give mccambridge Duffy a call. They were brilliant with me within a month from initial phone call everything was finalised. But their advice and communication was brilliant and they weren't judgemental at all! Just made the first payment and can finally sleep at night

17th the big day, had the second biggest creditor accept already, but so worried about the main creditor rejecting. Do the creditors normally accept a long time before? So nervous

Wow that's great Michael. I haven't yet transferred all direct debits over to new account or wages as my mortgage payment will be out in the next couple of days.
