It depends on what stage the Bankruptcy is up to.

Speak to an IVA provider who can help see if an IVA is an option with the your situation but as mentioned already, i would do this as soon as possible if you want to give yourself a chance.

Speak to your IP and get them to send your completion certificate asap. You can then fill this in as you are not insolvent.

Check your completion certificate as it should say regarding PPI and if this part of the agreement.

It is generally sent to the IP for the creditors.

I think you should be okay as you have consolidated debt rather than just borrowing and going on a shopping spree.

This is generally a pattern of borrowing before people apply for an IVA as Foggy said so try not to worry about it too much.

Has the IVA company said it would be an issue?

Not come across The Debt Company before. If you feel you still need more information, there is no harm in speaking to other firms to give you some piece of mind.

As you have just started, there is still quite a lot of debt remaining plus the supervisor fees. As you are able to maintain your payments which is quite significant, they could easily want you to pay them the 10k plus maintaining your payments for the duration. I'm sure the money would only be avai...

The payment has to be affordable and as Foggy had said, the IP does have some room for for possible reduction.

Best to contact your IP as they do want you to update them on any changes in circumstances.

I would also check your credit report to see what debts are showing up on there.

Speak to a couple of firms as they will be able to go through your options and the best way to move forward.

Sounds like you are free to do what you wish as you have completed your IVA and are free from from it.

I would also double check what Foggy said to be on safe side.

You can get a new rate as it is up for renewal. Main thing is you look at a deal which allows you to be able to manage everything as you do and more importantly being able to maintain your IVA payment. There is a lot of information to take in when it comes to new terms and rates with mortgage so wou...

As Foggy said, renting your own place will come with additional bills and can then put your IVA at risk of being unsustainable.

If you have to move out, that could be looked at differently whereby your IVA may need to be reviewed etc from an income and expenses point of view.

It does depend on what the IVA company (your IP) require as part of the review.
