Yes i contaced my ip got permission of them before applying. She confirmed over the phone as its backed by the government and because of the pandemic we are allowed to apply for the bounce back loan. She also sent me out confirmation via email

Hey just wanted to let people know it is possible to get a bounce back loan whilst being on an iva.
I am self employed and I have a current account with santander after giving them all the information that they needed. I have been accepted for the loan.

I have spoken to the caseworker and she has said payment for pain an suffering i can retain. Anything for loss of earnings i have to pay into the iva. Yes it was McCd, i have just spoken to them and they have explained it to me. It was entered incorrectly and they will be sending out a new adjusted proposal today without that clause. Feel alot better now

Yes it is entered as a minus figure at the moment i have just over £7000 of equity in my property as it is a joint property. So i was really confused when i come across that yesterday.
