Hi , I had the same modification on my IVA. Think the wording was more like my other half needed to “seek” employment. They did not find any employment during my IVA. All I had to do to satisfy modification was send proof of jobs applied for or rejection letters etc.

Evening all. Thinking of a franchise but on application it mentions a credit check will be carried out. IVA started June 2014. Full and final last March and CC received September last year. Am I wasting my time applying ?

Thank you Foggy. My mortgage interest is roughly 4.5% and remortgage amount is 5.24%. Was just thinking if I could get better rate until everything is off record.
