Morning all. Just checked credit score on Experian and clear score and both are excellent. Am I able to apply for a normal rate credit card now or will I still need to get a credit building one

This clause was also added into my Iva by creditor before Iva could be accepted. My partner never did find employment and Iva still completed successfully. Apologies I could keep 10% of my £1000 (£100 ) and then the remaining £400 was split 50/50 so I would keep £300 and pay £200 in as additional income. Been out of IVA a while so had to think again .

Hi , I received quarterly bonus throughout my IVA. If say my net pay used for calculations was say £1000 and with bonus I took home £1500 then I was allowed to keep 10% of the extra £500 ( £50 ) and then the remaining £450 was divided 50/50 so I would keep £225 and pay £225 into IVA. Evening all. Thinking of a franchise but on application it mentions a credit check will be carried out. IVA started June 2014. Full and final last March and CC received September last year. Am I wasting my time applying ?

Thank you Foggy. My mortgage interest is roughly 4.5% and remortgage amount is 5.24%. Was just thinking if I could get better rate until everything is off record.
