Great news . My CC has finally arrived today after 6 months from Final payment. I am so grateful for all the help and advice given on this forum, Thank you all. I know I will still have plenty of questions to come so will still be reading daily. Thank you all again.

Apologies. That came across wrong regarding '' if anybody is interested '' I know you ALL are. Should have said if anybody is in the same position of waiting for their own CC.

Hats off to all of you !!!! I am still in my IVA ( waiting for cc ) but agree , it would be nice to see what the outcome of advice given here amounts to. I really appreciate all the help and advice given and hope people do share outcomes etc. I will update when my CC arrives if anybody is interested...

Totally agree Foggy , but , speaking from my own experience , I would say it may be the fear of being identified which may deter members from naming the IVA company. Once my IVA is totally completed I will definitely be posting on how good my company has been upto now.

Thank you Lisa. One thing that I did not understand was my IVA company said the debt was with a debt company and not the original creditors. This was the first I had heard of this.
