Re-reading, I perhaps have the chairman's report regarding the variation meeting where settlement was agreed and letter regarding closure as opposed to a closure letter.

Do you have an idea of the timescale from settlement to receiving the CC been quoted 3 weeks?

Is this about right?

Secondly if anyone could help,

When does equifax etc update, I've been told 28 days or so they not update until the cc has been sent to them?

Like you say I'll declare it and explain everything then aslong I've abided by the rules everything should be fine.

And then I can make a decision on my course from then on.
