Just another question on this Foggy,

What if i asked to split the IVA so i can pay my side of things off only? would this be an option that saves me paying her half of the IVA?

Does both parties have to agree to split it or can i just tell them that i want to do this?

Would you recommend to just carry the IVA on as we are or ask Ebengate to split it Foggy?

I want to earn more money at work but i would have to pay half of it back to Ebengate.

Hello Foggy, I asked Ebengate about splitting them and they sounded like they didn't want me to do that as it would incur more costs and be longer ect? I'm unsure but idealy i would like to pay my own and not hers? Can this be done easy? I want to sort my credit out ASAP. I put down £5,500 deposit d...

Foggy,

I'm currently with Leeds BS on a shared ownership deal, It says when i log on 3 months before to select a deal they don't do a credit check and can sign a new deal online. Will Leeds know about the IVA and if so do you think they will just put me on a variable and give me no option to fix?
