The issue is now my mortgage will get declined and its like my 6 years have been refereshed. Would the creditor move the default back to that date even though they were not included in the IVA

The issue is its showing on my credit file as unpaid. So not showing as settled as they were not included in the IVA.

Would i now have to clear that debt.

Will they backdate it to the start of the IVA.
