The offer of a full and final settlement for accepted yesterday and the plan is/was that my mum will transfer the funds over. My mum is elderly and is getting in such a panic over transferring money, online banking etc. I hate seeing her worried and she’s not slept last night because she’s anxious a...

My offer got accepted today as a full and final. I owed £27000 in total and was offered the full amount I would of paid over the 5 years to end it early. I’ve been trying to sort this since April and due to paperwork it kept being adjourned. I have three children and my biggest regret and shame is g...

Creditors can vote at any time leading up to, and even during, the meeting so the results could be known beforehand depending on the level of creditors that have voted. 75% in value who vote, have to vote in favour for a variation to be approved. The insolvency Exchange (I believe) hold the majorit...

Votes can be sent in by creditors in advance of the day but result will not be known until the deadline. 75% of the creditors voting must be in favour of your f&f offer for it to be accepted. Good luck and be sure to let us know on Friday TIX is spokesperson for majority of my creditors so I’m hopi...

My full and final variation meeting is next Friday. I’m not thinking positively so I don’t feel devestated when/if it’s rejected. Anyway, I normally receive a letter telling me it’s at 12 etc (already had 5 due to paperwork problems). Then I receive an answer when I phone about 2. They have told me ...

I’m writing on here for no other reason than I’m still worried sick about my F&F with CF. I’m wishing away every day. I just want to dream that I can move forward in my life with my children without this IVA hanging over us. No one close to me seems to understand what it means to have this approved.

I’m win CF and am waiting for my variation meeting for a F&F. I believe I was one of the first to be hit with this issue back in end or April. CF have now said they have sorted the issue and I have been given a new date. So dependent on when your initial meeting was adjourned, you may hear from them...
