I so hope they see it as that, Family are able to offer the full amount I would of paid over 5 years. I’m a single mum to three so I hope they see it’s a good offer.

From my understanding there is one creditor who represents the majority of my creditors who are mostly high street. Therefore, will there just be the one vote (F&F variation meeting). Has anyone had dealing with this company?

I spoke to CF today and they said the paperwork should be sorted this week and I will find out a new date for the variation meeting end of this week.

Does anyone have positive stories out acceptances to F&F offers within the first year of an IVA? The months it’s taken of adjournments is so stressful.

As CF can only tell me it could be days or months until they sort this out, the experts out there, what is your opinion on how long these things normally take? I’m on tenterhooks every day hoping for a positive email but is it normal for these things to take months?
