So I’ve posted on here a few times. To summarise, I am a single parent to three children, not earning, youngest is 1 and doesn’t look like there will be any change financial income. I owe £27,000 in full, I pay £111 a month so that would be £6600 in total over 5 years and I’m renting. I’m 9 months i...

I’ve only been in my IVA 8 months and with Credit Fix. I put in a F&F offer in April and they are having problems with paperwork so it’s been adjourned 5 times so far. So be prepared for a long wait until they get it sorted. Apparently 700 clients are in the same boat. One creditor has rejected the ...

There is a possibility of reducing the F&F lump sum amount by the interim payments, but this has to be included as a condition of the offer in the first instance. In view of the fact that this complete mess is entirely their fault they might agree to a payment break pending the outcome. Of course, ...

Best view to take Abbiesmum ---- you are in a position to let them work their own calamities out. Why they want to muddy the waters, though, is beyond me and TiX represents many, many creditors. CF should, in my opinion, be processing proposals based on the old format whilst negotiating the new for...

Credit fix have adjourned my F&F meeting again, they have been saying they have had paperwork issues since late April and it’s affecting about 700 clients. But apparently it will be sorted next week and I can put in for another meeting in 28 days from them. Has anyone actually spoke to anyone that e...

I’m in the same boat! I’ve had a F&F meeting with CF adjourned 4 times now and they just keep saying it will be sorted. Next one is due Thursday and I know in my heart it will be adjourned due to paperwork again.

I’ve spent the weekend absolutely sick to my stomach with worry. I owe £27000, and I’m 8 months into an IVA where I pay £110 a month. I’m a single mum to three children, the youngest being 1. My parents have found out about the IVA and offered to pay the full amount over the 5 years as a F&F. I’ve h...
