I’m in the same boat! I’ve had a F&F meeting with CF adjourned 4 times now and they just keep saying it will be sorted. Next one is due Thursday and I know in my heart it will be adjourned due to paperwork again.

It is your offer to make and your terms to propose. However, I do not feel that the variation fees are the reason for rejection. I’ve just looked through and only £7000 creditors worth of the £27000 debt actually voted at the original meeting. This whole process has been so confusing
