this debt company i think has bought the debt from another company and have heard that they dont give up even if statute barred i googled their number so i think i will ring the iva people and see what they say thank you for everyones help

Sorry yes i did provide a copy to payplan, and they said i would have to find the money for the balloon payment, but still have left me with £184 a month till march 2010, then it goes into the iva. Hello I wondered if any can help. We started our IVA in Sep07, and in March 2011 i can take a early pension at 50 from an old employer even though i will still be working, its not much i could have a lump sum Of £10,000 and weekly £25.
