i may be receiving some back pay from my average holiday pay ,that i believe should have been paid to me .the time scale is from a year before i started my IVA to six months after i started my IVA.just wondering if anybody knows if i will have to pay it into my IVA or it would come into to the 50/50...

If it is listed as an asset of the IVA, you keep it in your possession, but if you dispose of it the proceeds belong to the creditors, unless otherwise agreed. Think mine was £30 scrap haha :lol: :lol: :lol: All of mine were -- I got through on ebay bangers ! :) perhaps I’ll just hold onto the car ...

My car is low value £2000 and is listed as an asset on my Iva . It’s proving expensive to run fuel etc . If I was to change my car for something of a similar price or less ? Do I have to let my Iva company know ? It’s not on finance . Thanks again

I have two accounts nationwide flex basic and co operative cash minder . Both are good . The co operative is postal application only ( you may be able to do in branch ) but I don’t live near a branch . I use the post office to deposit and money etc .

Hi just a quick question .My iva was approved end of june this year,ive just checked my credit report and some of my card companies are marking as default every month since the iva was approved .Is this normal?

I made mine a few days after my Iva was approved- it fell near a pay day for me .

Thanks for the replies . Feels strange that I only have one card in my wallet - my current account ! My wallet used to be bulging at the seams constantly juggling cards Around - which one has any money available and can I remember the PIN numbers for each card !

My Iva was approved last week I’ve made my first payment already ! . I have a long road ahead but at least I know my debts are getting paid off. Thanks to the forum for the advice I’ve read . I should have set up an Iva Year’s ago instead of stupidly borrowing more and more ! .

Thanks for the replies im talking to mccambridge duffy ,they seem excellent so far .did speak to payplan and step change some last year .I know i should have done it sooner!!. think im more embarrassed really that ive let things get this bad.Least i know that in 6 years time ill be debt free.Just ho...
