The meeting might have to be adjourned for up to 14 days, otherwise TiX could seek to have an IVA voided if they have been prevented from obtaining all the information they require. I have just noticed that MBNA have cancelled my direct debit, I just logged onto bank to cancel it myself and just make a token payment but its already cancelled. My creditors meeting is 6th June not sure if this is a good or bad sign.

That's a bit harsh! I never had anyone of my creditors tell me their voting preference. Thats exactly what I was thinking telling me I had let the credit union down etc, I had fully explained to them that we serious personal events leading up to no being be able to pay and why we were seeking help ...
